**Job Description**
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Construction Sr. Engineer to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.

As a key member of our engineering department, you will play a crucial role in overseeing and managing complex construction projects from inception to completion.
+ Lead and supervise the planning, design, and execution of large-scale construction projects
+ Develop and review engineering designs, calculations, and specifications
+ Ensure compliance with local building codes, safety regulations, and industry standards
+ Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including architects, contractors, and stakeholders
+ Manage project budgets, timelines, and resources to ensure successful project delivery
+ Conduct site visits and inspections to monitor construction progress and quality
+ Identify and resolve technical issues that arise during the construction process
+ Implement and promote sustainable construction practices
+ Mentor and guide junior engineers, fostering their professional development
+ Prepare and present technical reports and project updates to senior management
**Qualifications**
+ Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field; Master's degree preferred
+ Professional Engineering (PE) license and OSHA certification
+ Minimum of 10 years of experience in construction engineering, with a proven track record of managing large-scale projects
+ Advanced knowledge of construction techniques, methodologies, and structural engineering principles
+ Proficiency in CAD software, such as AutoCAD and Revit
+ Strong project management skills, including budget and timeline management
+ Excellent problem-solving abilities and analytical thinking
+ Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
+ In-depth understanding of building codes and safety regulations, particularly those applicable in Saudi Arabia
+ Experience with sustainable construction practices
+ Ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment
+ Willingness to travel to various project sites within the region
