Job Description
As a key member of our Telecom Infrastructure Solutions (TIS) Business, you’ll drive the growth of our data centre business in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
This is a high-impact role where you’ll lead business development efforts, build partnerships, and work closely with technical teams to deliver winning solutions to top-tier telecom clients.
Some of the main responsibilities:
- Champion Delta’s datacentre solutions Sales across the Saudi market.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with clients, partners, and system integrators.
- Lead pre-sales activities and collaborate with technical experts to craft compelling proposals.
- Identify new business opportunities and growth areas.
- Develop and manage a robust partner ecosystem—recruit, train, and motivate.
- Own and exceed sales targets for datacentre solutions in the telecom sector.
- Provide market feedback and insights to refine our go-to-market strategy.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Computer Science.
- Work Experience: 5+ years in business development or sales within data center infrastructure (power/cooling).
- Proven track record in consultative selling and managing complex projects.
- Experience in partner development and ecosystem building.
- Background in IT infrastructure, electrical, or mechanical industries.
- Deep understanding of data center architectures and customer needs.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strategic thinker with a hands-on, results-driven mindset.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver under pressure.
- Fluent in English and French; Arabic or other languages are a plus.
- Location: The job location is in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
